Baked potatoes with various sauces

The "Bauer's Ofenkartoffel" hut is located right next to the Christmas tree. The Bauer family has been offering hot baked potatoes since the very beginning of the market. What would you like? A hearty baked potato with bacon and onion, with chive and yoghurt sauce, garlic cream sauce or the "classic" with cheese, ham and sauce of your choice? Or would you prefer shrimps and cream sauce or smoked salmon? There's something for everyone on the menu. There is also a vegan alternative (lactose-free).

All sauces are homemade and free of preservatives. The potatoes are obtained from the Weinviertel area in Lower Austria and all ingredients are purchased regionally. Quality you can taste!

For the mulled wine and the various types of punch, the Bauer family uses only wine from winegrowers in Burgenland. The wine is prepared according to a traditional family recipe, with only cinnamon, cloves, lemon juice and a little sugar added.
