Next to the Christmas tree is the stand "Bauer's Ofenkartoffel". Since the beginning of the market the Bauer family offers hot oven baked potatoes. What would you like? A savoury baked potato with bacon and onion, with chive yogurt sauce, garlic cream sauce or the "classic" with cheese-ham and sauce of your choice? Or would you prefer shrimp and cream sauce or smoked salmon? They offer something for everyone. A vegan alternative is also offered.

All sauces are homemade and free of preservatives. The potatoes are sourced from the Weinviertel region in Lower Austria and all ingredients are purchased regionally. Quality you can taste!

The Bauer family uses only wine from vintners in Burgenland for the mulled wine and the various types of punch. The preparation is made according to a traditional family recipe, adding only cinnamon, cloves, lemon juice and a little sugar to the wine.
