The products from Biohof Rohrauer are home-made using organic regional ingredients. The spicy delicacies are sold under the name DAZU as indication of their function as condiments. The honey, fruit and vegetables from Rohrauer’s own garden are processed by hand into mustard, mustard sauces and chilli pastes. The finished products not only taste delicious but also look the part.
