The fresh leberkäse is made in Ottakring by Fleischerei Gissinger and then finished in four flavours by Gelbmann, also from Ottakring, with particular attention to regional authenticity and careful selection of ingredients and freshness. A choice of mulled wines and punch varieties from sunny Burgenland – from organic mulled wine to orange punch – are also on offer.
