The ORIGINAL VIENNA SNOW GLOBE consists of a hollow glass ball containing a hand-painted motif, spring water and a white, grainy substance which creates the impression that it is snowing when you shake the ball. It is a Viennese invention and has been produced in an artisan workshop in Vienna for 122 years now.
